Called them in regards to a leak in the sink and washer leak. They came same day and explained what they would do and how it would fix the issue. I did not know the price until I received the invoice but with the work they did I will definitely be calling them again.

Holbrook Plumbing has been our plumber of choice for several years.
Our kitchen faucet started to leak and I called Holbrooks. I was able to speak directly to Kevin. He gave me excellent advice as to what my options were and advised me it would probably be best to replace the entire faucet. He also gave me brand names he felt were best. I purchased my new faucet and Kevin sent John and his assistant out to install the faucets. Both were extremely professional and completed the job quickly. They were very friendly and cleaned up the job site very well.I never hesitate to call Holbrook Plumbing.

Kevin and his team quickly came to my place of business to fix a small leak. Everyone was very easy to work with. I called the morning of, they were here within a few hours to assess the issue and had then had the leak fixed quickly by the next morning. I highly recommend Holbrook Plumbing!!

We needed our tub faucet fixed due to not being able to turn it off. They were able to come out the same day and complete the job within a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves. They were so pleasant and very kind. I truly appreciate them and their fast, reliable service. Thanks guys!

Kevin’s team has been at my house twice. The first time they were here they did a great job communicating their ETA and what they were doing to fix my shower.
The second time I contacted them it was regarding a different issue with my shower. I called their office on Sunday and received a call back from Kevin in 18 minutes. He was willing to send the guys out that day, but it wasn’t an emergency. Again the second time they came out the guys were very professional and Kevin did a great job keeping me updated on their ETA.

Had Kevin Holbrook come and fix my leak I had on my kitchen sink, and unclogged my main sewer. Him and the crew were so nice and did a wonderful job. I’m really happy with the work and I recommend you trust them to work on your stuff too.

Right when it seemed like half of Defiance was experiencing frozen pipes Kevin worked me in. They were here the next day of me calling and did a professional repair. Very friendly workers. Pipes Froze on Christmas eve.

My mother is 85 and I had to come to her home to recoup from a surgery. I arrived Sept 14th and she had nothing but plumbing problems that, bless her heart she was trying to fix herself! I told her she wasn’t a plumber and took initiative to call a local plumbing company in Paulding. They came out on a Thursday and could not unplug the plumbing. The employee said he could do no more at that time and would be in touch the following Monday. I called that company from Monday - Friday and nothing.
I finally Googled plumbers Nw Ohio and Holbrook plumbing came up with high recommendations.
This was on Saturday and spoke to Kevin. Monday, Nov 7, he sent Jon and Devin.
Jon was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Devin was dutiful and friendly as well.
They diligently worked part of the morning and throughout the afternoon.
They unplugged both bathrooms, sinks, shower and bath!
They had the right equipment to do the job on site and they KNEW what they were doing!
I, nor my mother cannot thank them enough!
Kevin told me up front that they were on the expensive side. Jon also had stated they weren’t the most expensive, but not cheapest.
My mother hasn’t received the bill yet, but you DO pay for what you get - and with Holbrook plumbing, you are receiving the best quality service available!

A big shout out to Holbrook Plumbing for everything they did to take care of a plumbing situation that resulted in my kitchen ceiling being damaged. Kevin called me back right away and was able to get me on his schedule. He sent over John and his assistant who worked diligently to get everything taken care of and made sure i had water the same day they were over. They both kept me informed of the progress being made and even cleaned up the messes they had to make

We had a bad leak at our home in Oakwood. We have only been in this area for about 3 1/2 years. We call a different plumber company and told them we had a leak and it was under house we have a crawl space it’s about 3 feet high they told us they didn’t kw if they could fix our leak and if they could they wouldn’t be able to come down till sometime next week or later to fix it and they would call us back to let us know. So I called Holbrook there was no problem at all they was down our house with in a couple of hours fixing our leak. Guys was very friendly and professional fixed our leak fast. If we have any more plumbing issues we will call them. The other company never called back. If there was 10 stars to give to Holbrook they would get 10 but there was only able to give 5.

Kevin and his guys did numerous projects at my house the past few months. They are very reliable, trustworthy, friendly and do quality work. Kevin and his team know their stuff. They are the ones I would call if I had any plumbing needs! I highly recommend them.
